Representing the culminating triune nature of the Universe: earth, sky and human - triangles, in ancient geometry, aid in the healing and the ascension of the earth.
The philosophy of CRU68 is that we are a pack that lives and breathes for each other, thus we should "love thy pack, love thy nature, love thy neighbor”. By learning and enlightenment, we achieve ascension which can thus be used towards the advancement of our community.
Wolves are majestic and beautiful creatures that not only live in packs but also live by their bold instincts, high intelligence and loyalty.
CRU68 cultivates an Alpha Wolf mindset, inspiring others to be Pack Leaders in their own unique realms. Knowing that they are always stronger together, Pack members always have each others backs, fighting for what they love and believe in.
Our family has been raising huskies for years, they are very much like wolves. Our logo was inspired by one of our huskies, Bandit, who you can catch taking afternoon naps at CruCycle in Singapore!
Translated from French, Cru in our definition means an organic growth - spiritually, mentally and physically.
CRU68 is an advocate for discovering one's self and purpose, through personal growth, in an organic way. We believe in riding the waves and letting nature do its magic.
My mother is originally from Hong Kong, Cantonese is her main dialect besides English. Years ago, she chose"68" as her license plate number.
She chose these numbers as they have prosperous meanings in Chinese culture and superstitious beliefs. Pronounced in Cantonese, "6" sounds like "luck" or "road", whereas "8" sounds like the Cantonese word for "to prosper".
Hence, "68" means "the road to prosperity".
Completely by chance a few years later, our address for CruCycle's flagship store in Singapore was 68 Duxton Road. From then onwards, my whole family has made sure that we have "68" in our telephone numbers as well as license plate numbers.
