Job Description :
Responsibilities:
- In-studio tasks that include attending to clients, answering phone and email queries, assisting in corporate outreach
- Keeping a jovial disposition and delivering excellent client experience
- Effectively promote and speak for current packages and promotions
- Providing information about our studios' classes and policies
- Keeping the desk tidy and supplies well-stocked
- Coordination with studio service vendors for maintenance works and repairs
- Client administrative support
Requirements:
- An outgoing personality
- Good command of English and communication skills
- Ability to work 44 hours a week, 6 days a week
