Pasta Me, LA

My boyfriend and I both work out quite intensely 4-6 days per week, usually refuel on a pasta meal once a week.

Once upon a time I thought eliminating carbs from my diet was sustainable. I’ve since come to realize that carbs are definitely not the devil, and that they are essential to the lifestyle that I live!

Here are some of our favorites in LA:

Pasta Sisters Amazing, house-made pasta and so low priced! Add on a large ball of burrata on top, or don’t if you’re trying to keep it light ;) There’s a small little deli (think 6 chairs total) in Mid-City meant for quick casual bites, which closes at 830pm. Then there is a bigger sit-down restaurant in Culver City which you can enjoy with larger parties especially if you’d like to celebrate an occasion, which closes at 930pm. Pick your pasta, pick your sauce… BAM! Pictured in front is a Bolognese Tagliatelle, left side an Arrabbiata Spaghetti and right side is a Clam Spaghetti.

Angelini Osteria If you’re from LA or have lived here for awhile, this is your classic Italian spot that you know will never disappoint you. Pictured in the front is the black truffle pasta, with a Guanciale Bombolotti behind it.
