Walking into Gjusta is what I hope walking into heaven is like. You take a number and follow a long row of glass displays housing dessert, smoked fish, salads, pizzas, cured meats and rotisserie. There is nothing at Gjusta that I don't love. Pictured is a brisket plate with au jus, roasted squash, broccolini, and burrata pizza. Very excited for the opening of The Gjelina Group's new Japanese restaurant this summer!
