Bone broth is an incredibly nutritious source of protein and minerals that boost the body's immune system and so much more. Containing all the good stuff like collagen, calcium and phosphorus, bone broth is simply made by boiling beef bones in water for hours. I not only enjoyed the broth noodles at Bone Kettle in Pasadena, which is their signature dish and a must try, but also everything we ordered. Pictured is the short rib in rendang sauce and an avocado cream, which took me me back to my home, Singapore.
